| The Million Dollar Question - Just how long are your ties?
The length of all of our XXL ties is 67 inches. If you're 6'5" or taller, we recommend our XXL ties. If you have a big neck or big torso, regardless of your height, we recommend our XXL ties.
The standard XL necktie length is only about 62-63 inches. If you need a 62 or 63-inch tie, we recommend going to www.TheTieBar.com for a wide selection.
Remember guys, if the tail of your necktie doesn't reach the loop in the back, then your tie is too short. And when the tail is too short, people will stare. And laugh. And point. How wide are your ties?
Our ties are proportionately cut for a big and tall guy. They are also around 4 inches wide at the widest spot. The width is consistent with current trends in big and tall neckwear.
Are your ties silk?
Give me a break. Would we waste your time if we were selling polyester ties?
YES, our ties are all handmade of 100% silk. Our ties are also self-tipped, meaning that the silk design of the tie continues to the back of the tie. This is always the sign of a more luxurious and well-made necktie.
We also make all of our neckwear using a thicker interlining and a high concentration of silk, so that the quality remains high. Thicker ties are typically more resiliant and last longer. They also are able to make a sturdier and fuller knot, which is what you should be going for, Mr. 1987.
Is my email and credit card information kept confidential and secure?
When ordering online with us, your credit card information is handled electronically with no human contact. And we have paid the good folks at Thawte to insure the security of your credit card information in transit.
Still, if you're one of those people that must have human contact when ordering, then just call us, and we'll gladly take your order over the phone. We answer the phone most hours of the day. Sad but true.
How long will it take for my ties to be shipped?
If an order is placed Monday through Friday, it will be shipped the day after the order was placed. Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday.
Once shipped, expect your order to arrive about 2-3 days later.

How much is shipping and handling?
Within the United States (including Puerto Rico) and APO addresses, shipping is just $5.00 for as many products as you want. That's it. Five bucks. Five buckaroos. Cinco dolares.
No limit either. Order a zillion ties from us, and shipping is still only $5.00.
International Shipping
All international orders will be shipped within 48 hours of receipt of order. Shipping time is then typically between 4 -10 days from the day the ties were shipped, depending on the country.
We cannot guarantee arrival dates for international orders, unless we make a special arrangement with you. We also cannot guarantee that your shipment won't be delayed with your country's Customs Office. And of course, the recipient is solely responsible for payment of customs and import duties, if any.

What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with our ties, you may return them for a full refund or exchange them for new ties. To get the refund or exchange, the ties must be unworn, in new condition and postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date.
We highly recommend that you purchase delivery confirmation. Because we have a post office box, you must use the US Postal Service to return merchandise. Luckily, this is still the cheapest way to ship ties.
Be sure to include the your receipt with the return, and you will receive the exchange or a credit back on the charge card used in the purchase within 3 business days from the day we receive the merchandise.

Credit for your return will be issued on the card used to pay for the goods. By law, we are obligated to apply our return policy in a uniform manner, so if you are returning any ties, be sure that it is within our 14-day policy.
Please note that our return policy does not apply to re-sellers, bulk, custom or specially-placed orders.
Can I get my ties gift wrapped?
All or our shipments are shipped in elegant, sturdy white boxes. All ties arrive handsomely packaged with tissue paper and a sticker - similar to how a department store packages clothing items. So it kind of is already gift wrapped.
On our checkout page, you are free to enter any personal message to the recipient. But please kids, keep it PG rated. We blush easily over here.
By the way, we don't send a receipt with the gift, so your recipients will have no idea what a big spender you are. You'll have to tell them yourselves.
How will I know that my order is being processed?
You will know that your order went through because you will receive a confirmation e-mail message from us at the time the credit card transaction completes.
If you didn't get this email confirmation, check your spam folder. If it isn't there, then your order didn't process, and you'll need to call us.
